Weight Watcher's Pancakes I eat this almost every morning I'm supposed to have eggs. It's filling and doesn't count as that much of your daily allottment: ingredients: 3 T bread crumbs (1 bread) 1 medium egg (1 egg) 1/4 C skim milk (1/4 milk) 1/4 t baking soda (condiment) 1/2 t baking powder (condiment) 1/8 t salt (condiment) 1 T flour (3 something extra or 0.4 bread) 1 T diet margarine (1 1/2 fats) (optional for frying pancakes in) Mix everything excepting for the margarine in a bowl. Melt margarine on the pan (or use non-stick sprays - terrible stuff). Spoon out heaping tablespoons of batter into pan. Turn when edges begin to brown. Makes at least 5 medium size, delicious pancakes. Actually this is a good recipe for pancakes even if you're not dieting. Doug Lerner doug@uwisc
