I'm looking for a 'context grep', similar in concept to the context diff; that is, if the file 'test.file' contains: this is a test of the concept of a context grep, which is similar to a context diff. and I do: <context grep command> "context" <test.file I'd get something like: <possible header stuff> of the concept of a context grep, which is similar to a context I should be able to control the number of lines of context that it returns. If anyone has such a program, or leads on it, please contact me. Thanks. -- Michael Kent mike@medman.UUCP Personalized Programming, Inc. If thhis is what you want, I can post it or send it somewhere. -mm- -- Mark E. Mallett PO Box 4188/ Manchester NH/ 03103 Bus.
