Many years ago, I had only the PDP11 binary for a screen-oriented Star Trek program. It kept the short range scanner information in the upper left corner of the screen, long range scanner information in the upper right hand corner of the screen, etc. I sure would like to get the source code for this. How about xtrek (publicly available). It even has real graphics as opposed to "text graphics" displays. Of course, you need to be running X...
