DEBRA'S FAMOUS BROWNIES
I got this recipe from my sister, who got it from Debra, who lives
in Vancouver. I haven't tried making them yet, but I've tasted the
final product and found them delicious.
INGREDIENTS
4 oz. unsweetened chocolate
1/3 cup butter
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup flour
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup nuts, if desired
METHOD
Melt chocolate and butter together over hot water.
Cream together the sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Add to the
first mixture.
Stir in the flour and salt (and nuts).
Place the mixture in pans lined with greaseproof paper.
Bake at 350 F, for approximately 25 to 30 minutes.
Excellent returns for small investment.
