A restaurant near me (the Lantern in Fanwood for NJ folks) prepares a lovely Italian dish called Fagiola. It is a bean casserole with much garlic and a topping of baked cheese. If anyone has a recipe, I would appreciate a copy (and, I suspect, other net people would like to see it posted). Thanks Charles PS: The Lantern is a little pizza place with about 10 tables--BYOB. But it's always crowded on weekend nights and most of the food I have had there has been good value for the money.
