[comp.sources.wanted] Looking For "C" Language Publication

I am soliciting references and endorsements for "C" language manuals.
The book should provide beginner to intermediate level programmer
instruction on the use of pointers and structures.  Several weeks ago,
I was informed that a book written by Holub (I think it is the person
who writes for Dr. Dobbs Journal) was especially good.  But, our
R.B. Dalton can't find any reference to Holub's book.

So, send your list of especially useful "C" manuals.  All replies will
be appreciated.
