[net.cooks] Whaddya do with a green tomatoe?

	I have been told by some people that what one should do with
green tomatoes is wrap each one individually in newspaper, put them in
a box, and put the box in a cool, dry place.  It is claimed that some
tomatoes will ripen in January in this way.  I have not tried this since
I went out of the gardening business shortly after hearing of
it.....
