We are looking for a software package for spectrum analysis purposes on sets of data acquired from experiments. We would like to determine S/N ratios, RMS noise etc. The typical signal processing functions such as Fourier Transform, FFT, DFT, and other kinds of transforms evaluation ability would be essential. It would have to be able to run on a VAX/UNIX machine. It will be greatly appreciated if one can provide us such a software or point to one available in some archives.
