i have the ditroff-to-postscript converter "tpscript" and would be using it,
save for the fact that the utility program "makedev" is needed to write a
binary file with the font information for ditroff. the sad part about this
story is that the makedev program is only distributed with the Programmer'ws
WorkBench source code. we have AT&T System V source, but not the PWD source.
has anybody taken the time to write a version of this utility? it is clearly
spelled out in the doc, but i have no time to implement.
