I need the uucp dialer source (BSD 4.3) for a Telebit Trailblazer Plus modem. I have the dialTBIT.c program from the Santa Cruz Operation, but the variant of uucp is enough different that its not a trivial translation. We have the uucp as distributed from BSD 4.3 running on a VAX 11/780. (the uucp README file says:) README 5.6 85/06/24 This version is based on the "rti uucp" that was on the 4.2BSD tape.
