[comp.sources.wanted] TENEXish delete/undelete/expunge system?

howard@erix.UUCP (Howard Gayle) (08/03/88)

Many of us have written systems to delete files in a way that
it is (usually) possible to undelete them for a time before
they are permanently gone. All the systems I am aware of,
however, do this by moving deleted files to a single directory.
This does not work if files with the same name are deleted from
different directories, or if different versions of the same
file are deleted. I am looking for a system that guarantees
undeletion will work up to the next expunge (modulo disk
space). If you know of such a system, please mail me
information. I'll post a summary if response warrants it.
