[net.cooks] brussels sprouts?

     Our department's acting chairman is  inordinately  fond
of  brussels sprouts.  He's hosting a potluck dinner for the
department at Thanksgiving, and I'd like as many recipes for
brussels  sprouts  as  possible.   Since  recipes  are  what
net.cooks is about, you may as well post replies to the net.

     A warning, though.  I've  looked  through  5  cookbooks
this  afternoon--  three of them vegetarian-- and found only
one recipe (for a brussels sprout and  chestnut  casserole),
so please reflect before you mail.  Let's have lots of *dif-
ferent* recipes.

than posted to the net will be kept secret.)
