[net.cooks] falafil recipie wanted

Does anyone out their in net.land know how to make falafils?
For those not in the know, falafils (sp?) are a Middle Eastern 
vegetarian delight made from mashed, bashed, and smashed chick
peas, deap fried and tossed into in pocket bread. Ever since I 
left good old Carbondale Illinois I have had an enormous craving
for this taste treat.  My old school town had one McDonalds and 
two falafil stands, a testament to the tastyness of this dish.
