Zucchini with Walnuts 1/2 c. walnuts chopped 1 clove garlic 3 T. olive oil 2 lb. zucchini, sliced 2 T lemon juice 1/2 t. salt 1/4 t. pepper Sautee garlic clove in olive oil in large skillet until golden. Remove garlic and discard. Add zucchini to skillet; sautee until tender and light brown, about 10 minutes. Just before serving, toss zucchini with lemon juice, walnuts, salt, and pepper. Serves 6
