			Tuna au Gratin for Two

Ingredients

1	cup	sliced fresh Mushrooms (you may use canned)
1/4	cup	sliced green onions (shallots)
1/4	tsp.	dill weed
2	Tbsp.	butter
1	7.5 oz.	can cream of mushroom soup with wine
1	7 oz.	can tuna, drained and flaked (packed in either oil or,
			preferably, water)
1	10 oz.	package broccoli spears, cooked and drained (you may use fresh,
			of course)
3	Tbsp.	grated parmesan cheese

		grated rind and juice of 1/2 fresh lemon
		lemon slices

Procedure

Sautee the mushrooms, onion, and dill weed in butter till tender.
Stir in lemon rind, juice, soup, and tuna. Heat through.
Arrange broccoli spears in 2 ovenproof baking dishes.
Spoon tuna mixture over broccoli; sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
Broil 4-5 minutes, or bake at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 8-10 minutes.
Garnish with lemon slices.

Comments:	Sounds rather tame to me.  Personally, I'd substitute
		a white sauce for the mushroom soup, and my own wine;
		fresh vegetables down the line, and play with the herbs.
