I need a VT100 terminal emulator package that has basic functionality. Nothing fancy, just something to clean up and most probably just use the core code for the communications. I figured someone else has already invented the wheel; I just to use the rim and put my own rubber on it. Oh, did I mention? I want one that runs on a IBM PC or Clone, of course, but I will take one that runs on a different system. I hope this is not wrong of me to ask for this. Maybe someday the software IC concept will take root more strongly! Cy -- cy {ihnp4,dj3b1}!killer!cy MaBell: 214.519.3699 IRS Motto: Reach out and touch someone!

This stuff is available from cu20b.columbia.edu, otherwise known as 128.59.32.128 on the Internet. This is in 8086 assembler. There are places you could get this on floppies for shipping cost, but I don't know offhand what those might be for the PC (not being a PC person). Also from the same source are a number of C kermits which use vt100 emulation, but these are mainly for 68000 machines and the core communications code would be different. Earle R.
