I, too am interested in a nethack program... I'd prefer the sources, but I'd take the compiled version if that's all you've got. Thing is, I need it for the Mac, as I'm not into heavy revisions. But then again, what better way is there to learn a language? wizard -- |--------------------|------------------------------| Joy is in the |wizard@juniper.UUCP | juniper!wizard@emx.utexas.edu| ears that hear... |juniper!wizard | ut-emx!juniper!wizard | |--------------------|------------------------------| -- Stephen R Donaldson

The sources for NetHack should be available at an archive server somewhere. -- Eric R. I did the port of NetHack 1.4f with some help from Michael Kahl from the THINK Technologies division of Symantec Corporation. I also did the port of NetHack 2.3e. The binaries for 2.3e were posted many months ago. If you want the binaries, I believe that BMUG (Berkeley Mac Users Group) has it on their diskettes. Or try looking at FTP sites. Or if truly desparate, send me mail and perhaps something can be arranged. There have been numerous requests for sources. I would post them but for the custom Lightspeed C libraries and modifications to the stdio libraries (these versions were ported with Lightspeed C 2.15) I have no connection with Symantec Corporation except as a customer. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Byron Han, Communications Architect TANSTAAFL - You Get What You Pay For.
