How disappointing. Is the age dead wherein just "Elvis" meant "Elvis Presley"? Much as I like Elvis Costello, it really makes me fume when he is addressed as "Elvis", because to me that familiar form is reserved for the King.... An ardent fan, Glenn Reid ..harpo!seismo!uwvax!reid
