My heritage is Scandinavian, and I've discovered myself to be more customed to their atmospheres (even here in San Diego) and food. After all this about Scandinavian appetizers, I decided to set out a query a(sorry...terminal glitch) out a query for any recipes from Denmark, Finland, Norway, Sweden, etc. Recipes, anyone?
