	Here is an unusual, tasty, and very simple brunch recipe:

		Janned Eggs (couldn't think of anything else to call it)

	4 eggs
	1 oz. (approx.) cheddar cheese
	Salt & pepper to taste

	Beat eggs well with salt and pepper.  Pour into four buttered
	poaching cups.  Sink a chunk of cheese in each cup.
	Cover and poach for about 5 minutes.  Serve on toast.
	Makes two servings.

	The eggs fluff up like little souffle's, with a center of
	melted cheese.
