			Egg Cassarole

	1 lb. sausage - browned and drained
	6 slices cubed white bread
	2 C. milk
	4 eggs
	1 tsp. prepared mustard (hot dog type)
	1 tsp. salt (optional)
	1/4 lb. (or more) grated cheddar cheese


	Combine and pour into 13 by 9 inch cassarole.
	Refrigerate 8 hours or overnight.

	Bake @ 325 for one hour.
