[comp.sources.wanted] Looking for "Conformer" for the Mac.

I've heard of a program called "Conformer" for the Mac which translates
standard MIDI files into Professional Performer files.  I believe it's
in the public domain.  Does anyone know where I can get this program? 
Anonymous ftp would be best, but a BBS number would also do.
