[net.cooks] HUMMUS RECIPE

2 1/2 Cups chick peas - rinse in cold water, put aside
(use canned or soak overnight first)
1 crushed garlic clove
1/4 Cup fresh lemon juice
salt and pepper
4 Tbls. sesame paste - tahini

mash peas and add rest - stir until smooth
add water if necessary, chill and serve with
olive oil in center.
