[comp.sources.wanted] Transmission of binaries as visible text

Can anyone provide a source, suitable for a unix system (BSD 4.2), capable of
converting binary files encoded using Binhex4.0, stuffit or arc.

I have a number of IBM PC and Mackintosh files which I wish to unpack on a
unix information server. Unfortunately all I have at the moment is uudecode
and an outdated version of arc, ho hum.
