I tryed this recipe and my husband and I loved it.  If you want to try
a different flavor to green beans this is it.  It may look strange, but
it is really good

SNAPPY GREEN BEANS

Yield: 2 cups
Exchanges per 1/2 cup serving:
	1 Vegetable
	1 Fat

Ingredients

1 1/2	cup Cut Green Beans (or 1 9 oz package frozen)
1/4	cup chopped onion
1	teaspoon Margarine
1 1/2	teaspoons flour
1/4	teaspoon salt
	dash of pepper
1/4	cup water
1 1/2	teaspoons vinegar
1	tablespoon chopped pimiento
1/8	teaspoon dill weed
1/4	cup dairy sour cream

Method
1. Cook green beans in 1/2 cup water until barely tender. Drain
2. In saucepan, cook onion in margarine until tender. Stir in flour,
   salt, and pepper.
3. Add water, vinegar, pimiento, and dill weed. Cook stirring until bubbly.
4. Stir in sour cream. Add green beans.
5. Heat mixture through but do not boil.
