			     Fanny Mae Fudge

       4 cups sugar
       1 cup milk
       1 tsp. vanilla
       1 cup butter

       Boil for	2 minutes.

       Turn off	heat and add:

       25 large	cut-up marshmallows and	stir.

       Then add	these chocolates one type at a time

       13 oz. milk chocolate
       12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
       2 oz. unsweetened chocolate

       Pour into greased 9 x 13	in. pan.
