Don't make the assumption that all vegetarians are disgusted
by what others eat, M Terribile! There are a number of reasons
why people choose not to eat meat -- and I would guess that the
most common reason is one of personal health (weight control,
cholesterol, etc.). My reasons had nothing to do with abhorring
meats; as a matter of fact, I very much like it.
However, if there are some people out there who are offended
by the eating habits of others... well, I wish you luck in your
life. I have the feeling that you'll be wasting a lot of time
feeling anger and disgust, instead of happiness...

Ever notice how vegetarians try to put down meat eaters by calling meat FLESH instead of MEAT? Sure, the definition of flesh includes skelital muscle (the substance of meat), but I suspect that vegetarians aren't so concerned about using proper definitions as they are in painting an ugly picture of meat through grammatical connotation. Why don't we move this discussion(?) about meat-eaters vs. vegetarians to net.infinite_argument and get on with the recipes (veggie and meaty) and such this newsgroup was created for???

If I'm not mistaken, A "Flesh-eater" called meat flesh in the first place. Proud to eat meat, Ben Walls -cbosgd!bsw
