	FRANK AND VEGETABLE CASSEROLE

2 lbs boiled franks (Armor All Beef is what we use)
2 10oz boxes frozen broccoli spears, cooked
2 10oz boxes frozen cauliflower (sp?), cooked
6 potatoes, diced and cooked (approx)
1 12oz can niblettes corn, drained
1 pound monteray jacks cheese, sliced (cheddar is ok too)

Thinly slice franks (18-20 slices per frank).  Break cauliflower
into bite sized flowerets, seperate broccoli into individual spears.
Combins all franks and vegetables in 6-8 quart pot and mix well.
Spread into baking pan(s).  --I use 2 9x9 baking pans---
Cover ingredients with a layer of sliced cheese.  If cooking
immediately, bake uncovered at 350 for 15 minutes or until cheese
melts.  If coming from refrigerator, cook covered at 350 for 40-45
minutes till cheese melts and ingredients are evenly warmed.

Alternate: Cube 1/2 of chees and mix through, and top with remaining,
	sliced.
