Please help me out of a bit of a problem --> My parents are coming to visit and, of course, I plan to make dinner. It will be a Friday in Lent, therefore no meat, i.e. fish. My father is allergic to all red shellfish (crab, shrimp, lobster, but not clams, oysters...) so I pretty much have to stick with just plain unexciting fish. Any one have a good recipie for fish that takes an otherwise dull fish and makes it exciting. Although I do enjoy plain baked fish I would like to be a bit more creative.
