re: hot sauce; i'm not surprised to hear that the "store-bought" stuff is considered bad by some; it is in many cases; fresh onions, fresh tomatoes and fresh jalapenos is the way to go if you can, but often you can't, so here's something i found out recently: you can get Paces by the gallon for around 6 bucks-- the same stuff you pay about $1 per 8 oz. here's an auxiliary burrito tip that i got the other day; sounds good to me, so here it is. btw, the vegetarian orientation of mexican food is economic, and i more or less unconsciously left out meat as an ingredient in the burrito recipe, but like i said, the variations are many... enjoy, ernie harkins From: seismo!harpo!npois!houxm!houxa!houxb!hogpc!druxt!druxy!lyn Received: by SEISMO.ARPA (3.290 [1/6/83]) Hey Ernie: Ever tried tomatoes, black olives, lettuce, hamburger meat browned, drained, and simmered with Lipton's onion soup mix and a little water, etc. etc. in your burrito?
