For a rather spicey chili, try chili powder
from a Pakistani or Indian (eastern) grocery store.
It's much hotter than the usual McCormick's, etc.

Anyone care to recomend souces for ethnic foodstuffs, spices, etc?  I am
in the Holmdel area, but I'm sure that other folks in other places would
be interested in hearing about some good sources.
