[comp.sources.wanted] CSH-curly bracket function for sh/ksh

Anyone have a program which will take its arguments and do name creation
similar or better than csh's a{a,b,c} type syntax?  By better, I would like
to see the ability to do something like a{[a-j],[m-z]} and get
aa,ab,ac,ad,ae,af,ag,...aj,am,an,...az .
