A version of this driver for 4.3BSD (with or without NFS) was posted
to comp.sources.unix almost 2 years ago. [Volume10, Issue 98 (7 Aug 87)
for those who want to know.] It should be available from your nearest
comp.sources.unix archive or backbone.
