I am looking for a program to convert TeX fonts (either in GF or PK format) to a raster format usable by TeXtures on the Macintosh (Mac OS). I have heard mention of a program called "PKtoR" (PK format to Mac Raster format), but am unable to find] any mention of it anywhere. Does anyone have any ideas? We have some custom fonts that we would like to make available to TeXtures.
