A while back, someone posted a piece of software that requires PERL to unarc. How can one get a copy of perl, or circumvent the need for it?

Could someone mail me the complete (*gulp*) sources for Perl? I think it comes in about a dozen to twenty 'shar' files, so if someone has it, could you mail it to me at about three or four parts per day? (I don't ask much, do I?)
