Can anyone tell me how to dry fresh foods in our oven at home? I need tips on proceedure and on what should not be dried this way, also on the time things will last once dried (since some things don't dry as completely or may attract more moisture than others) and the best ways to store these items (are there any things which should not be stored together?) We have limited freezer space and busy schedules, too many things can go bad too quickly. Anyone know how to make Tomato Paste at home? Any good books for this anyone knows of?
