Have any of you net-landers anything to say about it, good or bad? I believe it is mostly vegitarian. I had one dish from it called "tabuli" (sp?) that had feta cheese, wheat bulgher, parsley, and lemon, among other things, and I liked it.

Another good vegetarian cookbook is "Laurel's Kitchen.

All of the recipies work, and it's written in a cheerfully snappy style that does not interfere with the presentation of the recipies. Definitely a must-have if you cook a lot and get tired of burgers four days a week. John Levine, ima!johnl
