I have been hearing good things about a cookbook titled
	The Moosewood Cookbook
or something similar. Have any of you net-landers anything to
say about it, good or bad? I believe it is mostly vegitarian.
I had one dish from it called "tabuli" (sp?) that had feta cheese,
wheat bulgher, parsley, and lemon, among other things, and I liked it.

Another good vegetarian cookbook is "Laurel's Kitchen.

I use the Moosewood Cookbook (by Mollie Katzen, pub. by Ten Speed Press,
Berkeley) all the time. It's really great. All of the recipies work, and
it's written in a cheerfully snappy style that does not interfere with the
presentation of the recipies.

Definitely a must-have if you cook a lot and get tired of burgers four
days a week.
