An ad for a new restaurant in Raleigh (NC) boasts of several house specialties "you just can't find anywhere else", including Duckling Bel Canto, Strawberry Duck, Crab Stuffed New Yorker, and Peppercorn Filet. The last two items intrigue me. Does anyone know of a good recipe for stuffed New Yorker? I am eager to try it. How does one filet a peppercorn? I didn't even know they had bones!
