In reply to the query about "Moosewood"... My wife and I are vegetarians and own in excess of 50 vegie cookbooks. Whenever friends eat with us, and ask us to recommend one, we suggest Mollie Katzan's "The Moosewood Cookbook" (named after a restaurant in upstate New York). It's published by Ten Speed Press, and is available in both paper and hardcover (for only a bit more). If memory serves, it is the biggest selling book in the Ten Speed catalogue). Recently, a sequel has appeared by the same author: "The Enchanted Broccoli Forest" (named after a recipe). Also seems good, although we haven't tried everything in it yet. The Moosewood Restaurant is in Ithaca, NY (why have no Cornellians answered this?). If any of you are ever going up that way, I'd be happy to furnish directions to the place. It's rather good veggie food. (seismo/allegra)!rochester!heliotis
