I am trying to locate PD or commercial applications for X that could be tied into our database. Our objective is to demonstrate the ability to exchange data and objects between client applications via the database. The applications would have to be modified to add hooks into the database and our inter-client communications server. We are hoping to find applications, such as,spreadsheets,graphics editors, CAE tools, financial packages that already support X Windows. We need to start porting these applications within the next week.
