I'm supprised that no one has mentioned the real story about "heavy" cream: its like "holy" water: its cream that has been kept for several days in a font next to a rock band. I'm not sure if the acoustical vibrations do anything to the cream, or if like "holy" water, its the thought that counts... Yours in enlightnment Henry Burgess
