I use the following for really great Italian food: THE TALISMAN ITALIA THE TALISMAN ITALI (SORRY) THE TALISMAN ITALIAN COOKBOOK, by Aida Boni The hard-cover edition is only about 5 dollars, but it's packed with great recipes.
