[net.cooks] Pizza requests again

	A few months ago, I asked anybody who had made their own pizzas to
submit their sauce recipes to me. Many of you did, and I thank you. I have
now taken the best of those entries and made a feasible sauce. However, I
would like to now ask Italian experimenters from net land to give me ideas
on cheese combinations. It has become obvious to me that just mozzarella,
while a good start, is not all there is to pizza.

	Incidentally, I ate at a pizza place once where they offered "hot,
spicy cheese". I ordered some, and it was! Anybody have any ideas on how
to duplicate that? (something more subtle, I hope, than dumping half a can
of cayenne on your mozzarella)
