Regarding sulfur dioxide (SO/2): SO/2 has been used for many years to preserve lemon juice and a few other things. This is not the same chemical that someone mentioned being used in salad bars. Doesn't seem to bother me, but then the only stuff I eat at a salad bar is the cicci beans and the brocolli. Mark Terribile Duke of DeNet
