I read in the Greensboro, NC Record last night that the National Restaurant Association has just agreed to discontinue the use of '?' bisulphite (I don't have the article in front of me now) food preserver due to its effect upon people with chronic asthma resulting from severe allergies. If there is any more meat to the article, I will post an addendum tomorrow. Apparently, the 60 Minutes segment was the straw that broke the camel's back, though.
