I was wondering if there is a reliable fortran to C translator,
and if so where.
Either PD or not-incredibly-expensive commercial.

has an in depth review of Cobalt Blue's FOR_C translator in which it mentions
the following competing products

	FORTRIX (Rapitech Systems)
	C-77 (Intrinsic Ltd., Finland)
	FORTRAN to C Auto Translator (Micro-Processes Services Inc.)
	FORTRAN-To-C Translator (Promula)
