[comp.sources.wanted] Word 4.0 to WP 5.0 conversion SW wanted

Does anybody know of a good DOS conversion program between MSWord 4.0
files and WordPerfect 5.0?  I know that I could export straight ASCII
and move them that way but I would prefer something that would retain
the margins, formatting, headers/footers, etc
