[comp.sources.wanted] Binding Function Keys

I am looking for a program that will allow me to bind function keys to
C procedures.  I am writing a cursor package in which I wish to have 
function keys always perform the same task no matter how they are
defined when the application is started.  The system I am using is
a NCR Tower 600 mini-computer and it is running Unix.  Any programs
or suggestions on how to go about doing this either using C or Unix
would be a big help :-).
