I remember a tty2dvi package coming through the net, and now I've lost it on my system. uunet has one, but its in pascal, I remember this one was in C, perhaps a later version? Also in this package was a dvidump program to view the contents of dvi files without printing them.. Also uunet doesn't want to send me textools2 from volume8.
