[net.cooks] Salmon Recipe Wanted

Does anyone out there in Canada land have a recipe for Salmon with
mustard sauce.  I tried this while in Quebec Ville a while back and
was very impressed.  (Also steak with mustard sauce.  It was a
different sauce, a little stronger.)
